Renovation Planner is provided by Furzedown Builders Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13936552), registered office 267 Southcroft Road, London SW16 6QT. We are the “controller” of your personal information under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). ICO registration number: ZB955542.

Questions about your information: info@furzedownbuilders.com.

• Account details: your email address, and the country you choose for your projects.
• What you enter: your projects – names, location, size, property values, budgets, notes and the quotes you compare (including builders' or contractors' business names).
• Subscription details: your plan, its status and dates, and reference numbers from our payment provider. Your card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.
• Technical information: the country your connection comes from (used to suggest your country and currency), and basic logs kept by our hosting provider to run and protect the service.

• To provide the service and your subscription – signing you in, saving your projects and taking payment (to perform our contract with you).
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it (our legitimate interests).
• To keep financial records as the law requires (legal obligation).

We send you emails about your account and subscription (such as sign-in links and receipts). We won't send you marketing unless you have agreed to it, and we never sell your information.

We use trusted providers who process information for us, under contracts that protect it:

• Supabase – stores your account and projects.
• Vercel – hosts the website.
• Stripe – takes payments and manages subscriptions.
• Resend – sends sign-in emails.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountants.

Some of our providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States and other countries outside the UK. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

• Your account and projects: for as long as you have an account.
• If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and projects within 30 days.
• Payment and subscription records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.

We only use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe uses its own cookies on its payment pages to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a reusable format. Email info@furzedownbuilders.com and we will respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

Your information is sent over encrypted connections, and each account can only see its own projects. Only authorised people at Furzedown Builders can access our systems.

The service is for adults aged 18 and over.

If we make significant changes we will tell you by email or in the app. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
